What is vacuum penis pumping?
A clear, usually acrylic cylinder is placed around the penis. At the end of the cylinder a hose is connected to either a hand pump, or an electric pump, which evacuates air from the cylinder. As the air is removed from the cylinder, the penis is pulled further into the cylinder and towards the walls of the cylinder, making the penis larger.

Is Pumping Safe?
Let us preface this by saying that we have no formal medical training, and are not doctors or medical professionals. While vacuum pumping does carry some risks, when done carefully, it can be done safely. The most frequent problem is someone who is overly anxious to see their penis very large, and goes overboard on the pumping, applying too much pressure to the penis. Applying too much pressure can result in temporary bruising or discoloration of the penis, water blisters, and minor bleeding. Most symptoms usually disappear, in healthy males, after a few days. The important thing to remember is to go slow and increase the vacuum gradually over a longer period of time, so that the change in size is not traumatic and does not cause damage to the penis. It is so safe, in fact, that it is the only non-surgical method approved by the FDA for penis enlargement. Medical Doctors have been using vacuum pumps to treat impotence for years. If done carefully, pumping is safer than surgical alternatives to penis enlargement.

Does it work?
Most men report significant size gains, both during pumping and between pump sessions. Regular use of vacuum pumps gently stretches the supensatory ligament - resulting in permanent size gain. Much like bodybuilding, practicing a consistent regimen of pumping several times a week can maximize gains. Most men report permanent results begin to show after about a month of regular use.

What is Two Stage Pumping?
Two stage Pumping is a special technique and cylinder style used by advanced pumpers. Two stage cylinders have a narrower opening to seal against the body, and encompass both the penis and balls inside the tube; so both can be pumped at once. Like all our cylinders our two stage cylinders are sized to customer specification. Due to the special nature of the cylinders two stage cylinders take an extra day or so to make.

What kind of results can I expect using the vacuum pump?
Vacuum pumping is the most effective method of enlargement. Many Urologists recommend our pumps to their patients. A permanent increase of 1½" in length and 1¾" in circumference is not uncommon.

Will I get permanent results?
Yes, your penis will gain length and thickness. At first, the increase in size will be apparent only during and immediately after your pumping sessions. However, you will notice the increase becoming permanent in about six weeks.

How often should I use this penis pumping system?
This system should be used according to the program. The program suggests that you use the system 3-5 times per week for about 20 minutes to an hour.

Is a maintenance program required?
Yes. To maintain maximum size, it is helpful to use this pumping system once every 10 days. However, even if you completely stop using the system, you will still maintain much of the increase.

How many cylinders should I order?

Does the penis shrink as I age and how can this pumping system help?

Do I need the deluxe pump with the gauge?
The gauge is recommended so you can precisely monitor the exact level of pressure you are pumping with.

Are cylinders easy to clean?
Our cylinders can be cleaned with warm water and dishwashing detergent. We recommend Dawn® antibacterial dishwashing soap.

Can this pumping system help impotence?
Yes, this system will strengthen the erection and is the endorsed by the FDA for impotence.

Can this system help a curved or crooked penis?
Yes. Repeated use can help straighten a slightly curved penis permanently. However, if you have Peyronie's disease then you should consult with your MD prior to using any pumping product.

What age or type of men use these pumps?

Should I order the instructional DVD?
Yes, the instructional DVD is highly recommended. VHS Video is no longer available and has been replaced with the DVD version of the same title.

If I have a blood clotting disease, can I use this pumping system?
No, hemophiliacs or any individual with blood clotting disorders should never use the vacuum pump. PUMPING HINTS

OPERATION OF THE AIR VALVE:

Turn the valve on top of the cylinder clockwise to maintain the vacuum.
Never over tighten this valve as too much pressure may damage the internal seal.
To release the vacuum, loosen the valve (turn counterclockwise) a half turn or until you hear the air release.

USE OF THE VACUUM PUMP AND CYLINDERS:

  • Connect the pump to the cylinder by pushing the male coupler on the pump hose to the female coupler on the cylinder. You will hear an audible click when the two couplers are successfully connected. (To disconnect the couplers push in on the metal tab on the side of the female connector and the hose will be released). The female coupler attached to the cylinder may be turned clockwise to release pressure from the cylinder and tightened so the vacuum will remain in the cylinder. (Never over-tighten the coupler to avoid damage) Premium pumps have an air-release mechanism on the side of the body of the pump (A small pin like on a tire stem) just push in and release while cylinder is attached.
  • You may release the hose from the cylinder with the quick disconnect valve after you have reached the desired pressure. The valve allows pressure to be held without being attached to the pump.
  • Before placing the penis inside of the cylinder lubricate your penis well with a personal lubricant. We suggest Eros Lubricant, Water Formulation Lubricant. Lube the penis well so it will be drawn into the cylinder with limited friction, ensuring comfort and maximum results. Apply some lube to the flared area of the cylinder to help in attaining a good vacuum seal.
  • Some pumpers shave or trim the hair at the base of the pubis to help maintain a good vacuum seal. Alternately, a thick petroleum based lubricant (like Vaseline) can be used to help achieve a seal if you are very hairy. Petroleum based lubes are messy and don't wash off as easily as Eros Lubricant, Water Formulation Lubricant.
  • Place the penis in the cylinder, hold the cylinder against the groin area of the body and pump gently until you find the best comfort level for you, each person's comfort level is different. To avoid having your scrotum sack sucked in the tube pull down on your testicles and sack till the pressure is formed in the cylinder.
  • Do not vacuum pump for more than 15 minutes at a time. Only pump to a level of comfort, never past that point. This will be different for each individual, as tissue types vary from person to person. Take it easy, it is not necessary to use a lot of pressure to get good results. (For those who have a premium pump, pressure levels should be kept between 4-6 on the outside vacuum gauge.) We find the best results are achieved with a 15 minute session 4 times a week. Advanced pumpers may choose to pump 2-3 sessions per day, with a rest period of 10-15 minutes between each.
  • Heat helps with the expansion and softening of tissue, we suggest pumping while in the bath, shower or Jacuzzi. When using a premium pump you should vacuum the cylinder and disconnect the pump (Premium pumps are only to be used in a dry environment) Some suggest use of a heating pad or heat lamp, we advise extreme caution in use of external heating devices, as they may cause damage. (Note also that using electrical devices in or near water is obviously not a good idea.)
  • Experimentation will be the best teacher of what is best for you, take the time to experiment for the best experience with your system. Many men enjoy masturbating while in the cylinder. Your dedication to regular pumping (like exercise) on a daily basis, will produce the best over all results.
  • After each pumping session we recommend that you massage your genitals, take your time, this will help you attain maximum results and good penis health.

CARE AND STORAGE OF PUMPS AND CYLINDERS.

Pumps should cleaned after use and stored dry. Cylinders may be cleaned with a mild antibacterial detergent like Ivory liquid. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials in order to preserve the clarity of your cylinders. Cylinder connectors should be loosened slightly prior to storage. (i.e.: not screwed tight.) Cleaning cylinders or pumps in an automatic dishwasher is NOT recommended, and will void your warranty.

WARNING: To avoid injury or aggravation of preexisting conditions, vacuum pumps should not be used on rashes, swollen or inflamed areas or skin lacerations. Discontinue use immediately if you experience any pain. We recommend you do not keep the vacuum applied for longer than 15 minutes. If you feel any pain or discomfort stop using the product immediately and consult a physician. These products are recreational in nature, and are offered as novelty items.
