Henry Miller Titles
"For me the book is the man, and my book is the man I am, the confused man, the negligent man, the reckless man, the lusty, obscene, boisterous, thoughtful, scrupulous, lying, diabolically truthful man that I am." - Henry Miller

Sexus - The Rosy Crucifixion 1 (A650)
Plexus - The Rosy Crucifixion 2
(A651)
Nexus - The Rosy Crucifixion 3
(A652)
Henry Miller was much more than a pornographer. He was pornographic. In this trilogy of sex, art, and down and out living, Miller explores every detail of his existence, and we do mean EVERY detail, with as much honesty as he can face. The series focusses on the most important period of his life, when he was learning to write and having his most crucial love affair. The bulk of it occurs in Plexus (The Rosy Crucifixion 2). Not for the prude nor impatient, these books can be read as pure literature or pure libido. They work best if you're interested in both.

Under the Roofs of Paris (A665)
In 1941 Henry Miller was commissioned to write this erotic novel detailing the sexual escapades of himself and his Parisian clan for a dollar a page. It was sold to a Los Angeles bookseller a few pages at a time and originally published as Opus Pistorum. Every page of this book is packed with sexual tales of Parisian prostitutes, tramps, teases, tarts, young girls, midgets, dogs, cults, orgies, and countless other debaucheries. This is an unapologetic and utterly pornographic novel.

The Marketplace Trilogy by Laura Antoniou
The Marketplace (A599) - Newly revised edition.
The Slave (A600) - Newly revised edition.
The Trainer (A601) - Newly revised edition.
"What brings people to the Marketplace? What dark urges compel them to seek this place... this place where they will give over their bodies to such exquisite training, to such unimaginable use?" This trilogy of novels elevates the genre of S/M erotica... in storyline, character development, passion, and humor. The tales ring true, the dialogue achingly real, and the sex is as hot as you'd ever hope for. For the novice, the well-seasoned old-timer, and the simply curious alike, these books are the next best thing to being there.

Also from Laura Antoniou

At a special "slaves only" vacation at a Marketplace-run Irish Castle, Robin meets slaves from all walks of life, some of whom are struggling with their own futures -- whether they are still in the Marketplace, retired, or returning to service. To her delight, Robin is also reunited with her Trainer, Chris Parker, who is mixing a little business on his vacation. But someone at the castle is smuggling secret information out to a tabloid reporter, who is hoping to break the news of the Marketplace's "real life slavery ring." 636 pages, softcover.

Unsafe, Insane, and Non-Consensual
Daniel Thomas DePew was sentenced to 33 years in a Federal Prison for discussing sadomasochistic fantasies of pedophilia and murder with an undercover cop. This judicial decision is a reminder of the power, and the problems, of fantasy. In this case the jury decided that fantasy equaled intent, resulting in a semantic chaos that haunts the participants of all "deviant" sexual play.

It would be absurd and a might bit Orwellian to say that our *fantasies* must be limited within the realm of the safe, sane, and consensual. It would be equivalent to limiting the subject matter of Science Fiction to the possible, the extent, and the now.

So here we go. Welcome to the realm of pure fantasy. These are not cookbooks or how-to manuals. These are hard-core, dangerous, hated texts. Some of these authors did time for these words. These deeds should never, ever be done. The ideas are fuel for safe, sane and consensual play. Your fantasies are not your intentions.

These are the rules. Fantasy = Fantasy. Enjoy.

Story of the Eye by Georges Bataille (A653)
Bataille's best-known pornographic novel is a prelude to his philosophical texts of eroticism, death, and transgression. Written in 1928 under the pseudonym Lord Auch Story of the Eye tells the tale of a teenage couple's journey to sexual extremes. It begins with Simone's dare to place her "kitty" in a saucer of milk, and then the story instantly turns dark, exploring the eroticism of vehicular manslaughter, bullfighting, and murder. Bataille explores limits of sex and sanity. More >>>

Marquis de Sade Titles
The Marquis De Sade. The man who put the Sade in Sadism. Philosopher, madman, poet. There was S&M before Sade and Masoch, of course, but Sadism was never fully articulated, illuminated, and dramatized until the Marquis combined his materialistic, naturalistic, and atheistic philosophy with explorations into the limits of sexual depravity. The sexual progression of Sade is similar to that of Jazz. A theme is introduced. And then a variation. And another variation. And another. He shifts like a tennis match between his pornography and his philosophy, and one is never quite sure which of the two is more dangerous. His sex can kill, however it is his philosophy that corrupts. How far you let him take you depends on how much of the book you read. These texts are monoliths; thousands of pages of philosophy, sodomy, debauchery, depravity, and generally unholy behavior. Enjoy.

120 Days of Sodom and Other Writings (A654)
"One must do violence to the object of one's desire; when it surrenders, the pleasure is greater." -120 Days of Sodom was written while Sade was imprisoned in the Bastille. This masterwork reads like a catalog of sexual depravity. More >>>
Justine, Philosophy in the Bedroom, and Other Writings (A655)
Justine is the book that caused Sade the most problems with the authorities in his lifetime. Justine is the book that got Sade committed to the Charenton Asylum where he was imprisoned until his death. More >>>

Juliette (A656)
"The Marquis de Sade, that freest of spirits to have lived so far, had ideas of his own on the subject of woman: he wanted her to be as free as man. Out of these ideas - they will come through some day - grew a dual novel, Justine and Juliette.
