Wholesale Policy

Thank-you for your interest in the Stockroom! You may have heard that we purchased the clothing companies Syren and Stormy Leather, so our wholesale customers are welcome to purchase both the quality BDSM gear that the Stockroom is known for as well as the latex and leather designer wear from those companies. Click HERE to download a wholesale account application that you can print, fill out, and either email to wholesale@stockroom.com, or fax to (213) 484-8677.

In the meantime, here is an overview of our wholesale policies and procedures:

Minimum Orders:

For all first time orders the minimum order is $200. After that, the minimum for subsequent orders is $100, with no minimum quantity requirement. All orders can be prepaid via COD guaranteed funds or with a VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or AMEX card until terms have been applied for and approved.

Placing Orders:

The best way to place orders is by phone, email, fax, or our wholesale website. We try to process orders the same day we receive them.

If you haven't yet visited our wholesale Stockroom website, we encourage you to do so. We are continually adding new products on a weekly basis. Please contact our wholesale representative to obtain a username and password for our wholesale website. You can reach them at wholesale@stockroom.com, or by telephone at (213) 484-3882. Please make sure to include your name, contact information, and business name with your request.

Please note that the Syren and Stormy Leather sites are *retail* sites, and not wholesale. We do sell every item you see on the Syren site and most of the Stormy Leather items at wholesale pricing as well, but as those prices are not posted, you are welcome to email or call us at any time if you need details. We are in the process of adding all Syren and Stormy Leather products to the Stockroom wholesale website, to make it easier for our wholesale customers to shop with us. In the meantime, the Syren and Stormy Leather products can only be viewed on the retail sites above, and any wholesale orders can be made either by emailing or calling us directly, or by listing the item number and description of the items you want in the "Comments" section at the end of the Stockroom wholesale order form.

Product Images:

Approved wholesale accounts are permitted to use product photos found on our wholesale website. (PLEASE NOTE: this permission does not apply to photos from our main retail site when different photos are used there).

Opening an Account:

We do ask that our entire wholesale application be filled out and returned even if you are not applying for terms. To download the application, click here. Please note that if you would like to apply for terms, the three trade references required on our application must be references from within the adult industry; at this time, we cannot accept as valid references from any other type of business.

Even if you are planning to order on a prepaid or COD-guaranteed-funds basis, we will still need a completed application from you, although in that case you may just write "not seeking terms" on the references and bank portion. Regardless of the payment option you choose for your new account, we will need both pages of the application signed and returned back to us.
