All payments must be in US$. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, JCB and international money orders. Sorry, international COD is not available.

Shipping Methods & Transit times

Standard Global Post
Orders shipping standard global post take approximately 2- 3 weeks to reach customs. Please note orders shipping via this method are not trackable or insured, and replacement packages cannot be guaranteed.


USPS Global Express
USPS Global Express is our recommended shipping method. Orders valued over $250.00 are automatically shipped using this method by default. Orders shipped via USPS Global Express are insured and trackable; please allow 2- 7 business days for the shipment to reach customs.


FedEx / UPS
FedEx and UPS shipments are available upon special request. For a quote or more information, please contact info@stockroom.com

Attention First-time International Customers

First-time international credit card orders may not exceed $250.00. If you wish to place an initial order exceeding $250.00, you may do so by either faxing a copy of your credit card to 1-213-484-8677 or by mailing your order to us with an international money order (Sorry, there will be no exceptions). For other payment methods, please contact us order@stockroom.com.

Customs and Import Duties

• Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
• JT’s Stockroom ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
• We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any confiscations by customs. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS/CREDITS FOR SEIZED ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNED TO US.
• Packages returned as unclaimed or refused which have incurred returned shipping charges will be billed to your credit card.
