Payment
All payments must be in US$. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, and international money orders. Sorry, international COD is not available.
 
Shipping Methods
For orders outside the USA, we ship via United States Postal Service Air Mail. We charge whatever the Postal Service charges us, which depends on the weight of the package, plus $2.50 for handling. For example, Europe is approximately $2 - $5 per pound. If you would like to receive a shipping quote for a prospective order, email us. (Please include your address and the items you wish to purchase.)
 
Transit Time
The average transit time is 2 weeks but can take as long as 6 weeks depending on the destination country's postal system and customs (see customs notes below). We can accomodate guaranteed express shipments through UPS (which is considerably more expensive). Please email us for a shipping quote.
 
Attention First-time International Customers
Due to some recent difficulties, first-time international credit card orders may not exceed $150.00. If you wish to place an initial order exceeding $150.00 you may do so by mailing your order to us with an international money order. (Sorry, there will be no exceptions.) Information on how to obtain international money orders is available here.
 

Notes on Customs
When we ship by air mail, customs duties may or may not be imposed by import authorities in your country. These fees are your responsibility, and are not included in our shipping charges. Most countries do not collect them consistently on small parcels, but all seem to demand them from time to time, and rates vary by country, item, and the mood of the customs officials. Packages are occasionally opened for inspection. Unfortunately we have no control over this. All orders are shipped in plain packaging using a return address of "JTT Co." We must include a description of the contents on all international orders. Our descriptions are truthful but innocuous. For example, rubber plug, leather bracelets, jewelry, etc.

On rare occasions, international shipments from us have been stopped or seized by customs, sometimes long-delayed in shipment, or even lost. Usually, with customs seizures, we are at least able to get this merchandise back, in which case we are happy to issue a credit or refund to the purchaser. But PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS/CREDITS FOR SEIZED ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNED TO US. Also, with the exception of Germany, the UK, and Canada, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST OR LONG-DELAYED ORDERS. Contact customs officials in your country for the best information on how your order will be handled by them. We are a small company, and we can't keep track of all the various policies.

If you want us to use a private carrier who will pay the import duties and handle the customs clearance, this can be done by special arrangement. HOWEVER, with the exception of Canada, please be aware that this service is very expensive, usually $50 or more. You are generally better off taking your chances with Air Mail, which is usually the fastest, least expensive, and easiest shipping method.

In case of returns, we do not pay for return shipping.
