Mmmmm, cookies...
Please note that our online ordering system uses "cookies" in order to keep track of who you are and what you are ordering. If you have disabled the cookies feature on your web browser, the online ordering system will not work.
Some people disable cookies because of concerns about how different websites will use their ID to track their interests for marketing purposes. We use cookies *only* for the purpose of keeping track of ordering information. We will not track your activity on our site in any other way. We also will not give out any information about you to anyone outside our company.
To learn more about cookies you can check out Cookie Central.
If you wish to change the account information you supplied us with the last time you placed an order online, you may need to delete the cookie our website has on file for you.
One of the limitations of our shopping cart software is that it doesn't currently allow editing of an existing customer's account information. This does sometimes create minor inconveniences. However, it also makes our ordering system more secure.
When you visit our website, it assigns your browser a "cookie," which is a little ID number that our website uses to keep track of who you are. If that cookie is deleted, then the website won't "know" you, and it will then give you the opportunity to create a new account.
Once the cookie is deleted, your personal information will need to be entered again, which should only take a minute or two. But if you have already started an order with a selection of products, that information will be lost also. (If you want to place your order before deleting the cookie, you can go ahead and do that, and put the new credit card info in the comments field.)
When you're ready to delete your cookie, you can send your web browser to the following location:
http://www.icorp.net/mpr/delcook
Visiting that URL will delete the "cookie" that your browser has on file for our web server. (There are also other programs available on the internet that will allow you to manage and edit your cookie.htm file, but the above URL is simple and safe.)
