This device is based on an old English dungeon device called a Cavert. For a bottom with short knee to ankle length, the legs are inserted through the center of the Cavert. For a bottom with a longer knee to ankle length, the legs are wrapped around the outside of the Cavert. The legs outside position allows for excellent access to the genitals. Made of heavy steel.
