this is "very nasty". The handle is 5" long and is made of
clear anodized aluminum polished to a mirror-like finish. The outer rubber
hose measures 14" from the base of the handle by 7 - 8" wide.
Inside loop is 12" long by 6 -7" wide. This is a very nasty toy.
