What is the minimum age to become an affiliate?
You must be at least 18 years old.

Do I need to have my own website?
Not necessarily. The HTML code that Stockroom provides will pull a banner and link from our server so that you can display it on your web page or any other popular community, blogging and social networking sites such as MySpace, LiveJournal etc. You can also generate HTML code for links directly to products or to categories on the Stockroom website so you can create your own unique web pages and advertisements.

Is there a cost?
Absolutely not, there is no fee to become a Stockroom Affiliate. Our program is meant to make you money!

Can I use one account on all my websites?
You can use your account on as many different sites as you like.

What if I want to have more than one account?
Yes. You can have as many accounts as you like. The only requirement is that you must use a unique email address for each. We will even attempt to combine all your checks into one payment provided that all the accounts are made payable to the same name.

Is there a limit to how much money I can make?
NO! Your earning potential is limited only by your desire to profit!

How often do you pay?
Monthly. Commissions are calculated from the first day of the month to the last day of the month. Your commissions must be a minimum of $50.00 for a check to be processed. Checks are sent around the 15th of the following month, after the previous months adjustments have been processed.

What is the commission rate?
Our tiered commission structure is based on your gross sales per month. If you earn $0 - $3,500 in gross sales per month your commission is 10%. If you earn $3,500 and up in gross sales your commission is 20%, which applies only to the portion of sales over $3,500. If you refer another webmaster, you qualify for an additional 5% of his/her monthly gross sales.

Do I need to have my own merchant account?
No. All Stockroom Affiliate Stores already have a shopping cart, checkout process, and a merchant account. The customers credit card will be billed by "JT S STOCKROOM 800-755 213-4843882".

I've sent lots of hits, why doesn't my account show any money?
Stockroom's affiliate program is a sale percentile based program, so you won't see any earnings until you've had a sale.

How do I track my sales?
Stockroom provides you with sales stats once you have logged in to your account. Here you will find a real time, up to the minute list of your hits, pending purchases, gross sales by month, sales item by item, webmaster referral sales and much more!

What is a pending purchase?
Pending purchases are when a customer had added items to their cart but has not actually checked out to finalize the sale. Pending purchases will not reflect items that may have been added to a wishlist.

What are Sales Adjustments?
Sales Adjustments can occur for a variety of reasons. Sometimes we are unable to receive payment at the time of processing or have to refund a customers purchase for reasons beyond our control. Examples of reasons for adjustments include credit card declines, credit card fraud, potential credit card fraud, cancelled orders, duplicate orders or returned merchandise in which customers specifically request a refund. Any necessary adjustments for purchases made through your Affiliate ID are applied to your account the day we process the cancellation of an order which resulted in non payment or on the day a refund is processed. In the case of orders which result in non-payment, we make every attempt to get in contact with those customers allowing them a 5-10 day grace period to resolve the matter.

Can I Spam?
ABSOLUTELY NOT! We do not allow email links/spamming or any other such practices that could reflect negatively on our program. Failure to comply with this request will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and also may result in the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account.
