A standard parachute stretcher, black leather with a snap closure. The parachute snaps around the balls, and a metal O -ring hangs below, connected by three chains. You can pull gently on the ring, attach a leash, etc. Weights could be attached to the O-ring, but you do so at your own riskŪ we do not sell the stretcher for use with weights, and we do urge caution in that sort of play in general.
