These cuffs measure 1.5" in width, and are covered in stainless steel strips that measure 1.25" in width, making them wider and shorter than the matching collars, but otherwise similar. The ankle and wrist cuffs are the same design, the only difference being length. These wrist restraints will fit 5.75" to 9" and the ankle restraints will fit 7" to 10". Each has a large D-ring as a point of attachment. Small Master Locks sold separately.
