Dental dams are sheets of latex used in oral surgery to prevent germ transmission. In sexual contexts, many people use them as an effective and not-unpleasant barrier during oral sex for the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases. We don't make any promises about their protective value, but it stands to reason that if used properly they will provide some protection against HIV, HSV (herpes), HPV (warts), hepatitis, yeast, and bacteria. 6" x 6" sheets of thin-gauge latex.
