It's made from two pieces of heavy leather, stitched together with a strip of steel inside for rigidity. The two leather pieces separate for about 5" at the business end, allowing the implement to produce an impressive slap. This item measures 19" long by 2" wide at its widest point and comes with a leather wrist loop for hanging.
