This gorgeous little ruffly latex dress compliments every figure and can be worn stylishly on its own, or dress it up for a more costumed look. The Heidi Dress has a full skating style skirt, flaring outwards from the waist. The fitted upper body has girly frilled puffed sleeves, a frilled scoop neck, and a zipper down the back. The dress is made of 14 gauge rubber.
