Made of medical grade steel, this sleek and effective Head Ring has a special tapered penis plug attached to the ring. The penis plug is inserted into the urethra. It is 1.7" in length, and 1/3" in diameter at its thickest point. The plug is attached by a small hinged hook with a 1/4" steel ball at the hinge. The ring is worn tightly around the head of the penis.

Suitable for both natural and circumcised cocks.
