This beautiful durable collar is made of shiny black patent leather with black leather-covered edges. There is an accent strip of bright red leather that secures a D-ring in front, and a lockable buckle in the back.

This collar is 2½" tall. A JT's Stockroom original.

Small (J389) fits 12½" to 14½" neck.
Medium (J390) fits 14" to 16½" neck.
Large (J391) fits 16½" to 19½" neck.

This collar looks great with the Fleece-Lined Patent Leather Wrist Restraints and the Fleece-Lined Patent Leather Ankle Restraints.
