The ball fixture on this gag consists of a classic 1.87 inch rubber ball with one strip of leather that has been inserted into a fitted slot in the ball. The ball fits all the way into the mouth. The leather strap buckles quite securely around the head with a locking buckle.
In addition to the neck strap, there is a strap going under the chin, and there are two additional straps that go up on either side of the face. These two straps join together into one at the forehead level before going up over the top of the head and connecting to the neck-strap in back. There are three lockable buckles in total. (The buckles will work without being
locked.)
