Each of these stainless steel medical examination devices is intended for anal spreading. They are solid and well-made. These are sold as collector's pieces or novelty items. Do not use them for anal spreading unless you know how to use them safely and carefully.

When opened, the prongs spread to a maximum of about 2" apart, which is enough of a spread to do damage to some people (hence the need for extreme caution). Once the desired spread is achieved, the speculum can be locked open by turning an adjustment screw on the side of the device.

Choose from either the two prong (Sims) or three prong (Mathieu).
